Starting to consider what's next in your career? Career Camp is for you! Maybe you're feeling the pull toward a new opportunity, a different kind of organization, or a way of working that fits you better. This two-week camp will guide you through a process in how to think about and articulate your work, map your preferences, surface your assumptions, and explore new ways of showing up in the world. It offers a rare chance to reflect on: What do I want from work and how do I find it?
We’ve lead hundreds of hiring processes over the years—crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and evaluating candidates for myriad roles. Recently we’ve been wondering: What would happen if we “inverted” our approach to aid job seekers? The answer: Career Camp! This program is designed to help you approach your search from the inside out—centered in your strengths, your values, and your unique story. Career Camp is about helping you find workplaces where that aligns so you can thrive.
