Starting to consider what's next in your career? Career Camp is for you! Maybe you're feeling the pull toward a new opportunity, a different kind of organization, or a way of working that fits you better. This four-week camp will guide you through a process in how to think about and articulate your work, map your preferences, surface your assumptions, and explore new ways of showing up in the world. It offers a rare chance to reflect on: What do I want from work and how do I find it?
We’ve led hundreds of hiring processes over the years—crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and evaluating candidates for myriad roles. Recently we’ve been wondering: What would happen if we “inverted” our approach to aid job seekers? The answer: Career Camp! This program is designed to help you approach your search from the inside out—centered in your strengths, your values, and your unique story.
