Acceptable use
You may use the diagnostic for your own organizational assessment. You may share your report with colleagues. You may not:
Reproduce or redistribute the diagnostic tool itself
Use it for commercial resale without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying logic, prompts, or scoring
Submit false or misleading information
Intellectual property
The diagnostic, its questions, scoring logic, tool library, and report output are the intellectual property of Work Shouldn’t Suck. The personalized report generated for you is yours to use for your organizational purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of the diagnostic after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
