When you complete the Org Health Diagnostic, we collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your organization name (optional)
Your answers to the 23 diagnostic questions
The personalized plan generated from your answers
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, health data, or any sensitive personal data.
Why we collect it
We use your information for three purposes only:
To generate and deliver your personalized diagnostic report
To optionally follow up about a debrief call — you can decline or ignore that
To improve the diagnostic over time by reviewing aggregate patterns in responses
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who processes your data
Two services process data on our behalf when you take the diagnostic:
Netlify — hosts the diagnostic and stores your form submission. Netlify’s privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
Anthropic — generates the written plan from your diagnostic answers via their API. Anthropic’s privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy.
Both services operate under their own privacy commitments. We do not store your data anywhere beyond Netlify’s form submissions dashboard and our email inbox.
How long we keep your data
Netlify form submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Email correspondence is retained at our discretion. If you want your data deleted before that, email hello@workshouldntsuck.co and we will remove it within 14 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data
Opt out of any follow-up communication at any time
The diagnostic does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not track your behavior across other websites.
Children
The diagnostic is intended for organizational leaders and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We will not retroactively change how we handle data already collected.
